If you’ve been down on the Boardwalk lately, you can feel it — Atlantic City is buzzing again. There’s something special about hearing a packed arena roar or watching thousands of fans light up the beach with their phones in the air. Live music has always been part of our DNA, and now we’re taking it to the next level.
This week, Visit Atlantic City announced a new collaboration with Live Nation to bring even more headlining acts and major shows to town. That means bigger tours, more national artists, and more packed houses right here in Atlantic City.
We’ve already seen what’s possible at Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall, with legends like Stevie Nicks, The Who, Lil Wayne, and Mary J. Blige rocking the house. And yes — there’s real talk about bringing those massive beach concerts back. You remember those nights… ocean breeze, sand under your feet, music echoing off the waves. That’s Jersey Shore magic.
I also want to give a local shout-out to Richman Communications and Ike Richman. Ike has been part of the Atlantic City entertainment story for years, helping connect major tours and big announcements to our market. When you see those big names on the marquee, there’s usually a lot of behind-the-scenes work making it happen — and that kind of commitment to AC matters.
And it’s not just Boardwalk Hall. We’re talking shows at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, and venues all across town. When the entertainment calendar fills up, everything else follows — hotel stays, dinner reservations, late-night cocktails, and weekend getaways.
This is exactly what keeps Atlantic City a year-round destination. It’s great for our casinos, our restaurants, our small businesses, and for everyone looking for unforgettable Things to do in Atlantic City.
So keep your eyes open. Big announcements are coming. Bigger shows. Bigger weekends. More reasons to grab a room, call your friends, and make a night of it.
Atlantic City isn’t just hosting concerts… we’re reclaiming our spot as the Entertainment Capital of the East Coast.
See you on the 48
AC Mike
Sounds good to me bring it all back! I’ve been coming for over 30 years and it’s time for more events on the beach and boardwalk!
