Bungalow Beach 5 Miler Brings 1,000+ Runners to Atlantic City Today – And AC Mike’s Boardwalk Tram Tour Keeps Rolling!

More than 1,000 runners are expected to hit the Boardwalk for the annual Bungalow Beach 5 Miler on Saturday morning. What started as a local favorite has grown into one of the biggest summer running events in the region, drawing athletes and visitors from throughout the Northeast.

The race takes participants along one of the most iconic stretches of Boardwalk in America before finishing at Bungalow Beach, where runners celebrate with food, drinks, music, and a little sand between their toes. It’s exactly the kind of event that reminds people Atlantic City is about much more than casinos—it’s about experiences, community, and making memories at the Shore.

I’ve always believed Atlantic City is one of the most underrated destinations on the East Coast. Whether it’s sports tourism, live entertainment, beach life, or simply spending a weekend with family and friends, there’s always something happening here.

And this Saturday is a perfect example.

🚋 AC Mike’s Boardwalk Tram Tour Update

Speaking of Saturday, I’ll be hosting another AC Mike’s Boardwalk Tram Tour at 10:30 a.m.

Because of the Bungalow Beach 5 Miler, Boardwalk tram operations are temporarily restricted between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. in portions of Atlantic City, we’ll make a slight adjustment to our normal route, but we’ll still visit and cover everthing we do on all of our tours.
