The AC Mike Show Podcast Is Taking Shape — Take a Look Inside
Hey Folks,
If you’ve been following me for any length of time, you know I’m always looking for new ways to tell the stories of Atlantic City and the people who make this town what it is. Whether it’s through radio, community events, social media, or simply having conversations with people up and down the Boardwalk, I’ve always believed the best stories come from the people who live, work, and play here every day.
That’s why I’m excited to share a quick update on something we’ve been working on behind the scenes. The AC Mike Show Podcast studio is finally starting to take shape, and we’re getting closer to launch day. We’re probably about 75 percent complete, but you can already see what it’s becoming.

For me, this isn’t just another podcast studio. It’s a place where conversations can happen. A place where we can sit down with local and abroad business owners, entertainers, athletes, community leaders, and everyday people who have stories worth telling. Atlantic City and South Jersey has never had a shortage of interesting characters, and if you’ve spent any time around this town, you know everyone has a story.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to meet and interview some incredible people throughout South Jersey. Some you’ve heard of, some you haven’t, but all of them have helped shape our communities in one way or another. The goal of this podcast is simple: shine a spotlight on the people, places, and events that make Atlantic City and the surrounding Jersey Shore towns special.
And before anyone asks, radio isn’t going anywhere. WOND and the listeners who tune in every day will always be a huge part of what I do. In many ways, the podcast is simply the next chapter. It gives us a chance to continue the conversations that start on the radio and explore them in a way that’s not always possible when you’re working within a broadcast schedule. More stories, more guests, more depth—and more opportunities to showcase the people, businesses, and personalities that make Atlantic City and South Jersey such a special place.
One of the things I’m most excited about is the ability to really let conversations develop naturally. Sometimes the best part of an interview is the part that happens after the segment is supposed to end. With the podcast, we’re not racing the clock. We can spend more time with guests, dig deeper into topics, and give people the opportunity to tell their stories the way they deserve to be told. In many ways, it allows for the most authentic version of The AC Mike Show yet.
And that’s where you come in. I want your suggestions. Who should we have on the show? What local and Jersey stories deserve more attention? Which business owners, entertainers, athletes, or community leaders should be sitting across the table from me when the cameras start rolling? This podcast is being built for the community at large, so your ideas matter.
I’ve always said that if we’re going to talk about Atlantic City, The people who are investing here and elsewhere i want to hear from everywhere all surrounding areas Philly, NYC, Delaware you get the idea EVERYWHERE. The people creating jobs. The people entertaining visitors. The people making a difference. That’s what you’ll see and hear on The AC Mike Show Podcast.
We’re getting close now. The equipment is going in, the studio is coming together, and before long we’ll be launching our first episodes. Until then, take a minute to watch the video and let me know what you think. I’d love to hear your feedback and your guest recommendations.
Big things are coming, and I can’t wait to share them with you.

See you on the 48

Wishing You the BEST, Mike, as the podcast takes shape. Though I’ve resided outside of New Jersey for many years now, I grew up in Jersey; and I still take an interest in what’s happening.
